Rank advancement in Network Marketing can seem like an impossible task, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
The frustration of watching other people hit new ranks while you are seemingly getting nowhere, can be utterly demoralising, to say the least.
If you’re having trouble with rank advancement in your Network Marketing company, the proven strategies that I share in this article will help you to crush your goals, and hit the levels you are aiming for.
Rank Advancement In Network Marketing
Everyone who is serious about building a Network Marketing business, wants rank advancement within their respective company. If everyone wants the same thing, why is it then that some people achieve this goal, while others continue to stay where they are?
The answer is, the ones who manage to keep hitting new levels, have set goals, they have a plan, and they have a clear vision of where they want to go.
~ If you set goals, and go after them with all the determination you can muster, your gifts will take you places that will amaze you! ~ Les Brown
Whether you are wanting to get your first ever sign-up, or you are wanting to advance to a level that will require many sign-ups, you must have a goal written down that clearly identifies what you want to achieve. You have zero chance of hitting a target that you don’t have!
Write your goals down. Studies have proven that people who physically write down their goals, achieve far more than people who don’t.
When you write down your goals, you are giving your word to yourself. DO NOT break your word. Prepare yourself to go after your goal with everything you have, because you have given your word. Every time you break your word with yourself, you become less worthy. This point is critical! Honouring your word will become a habit.
If you keep saying you’re going to do things to improve your life, but then you just sit on the couch watching T.V., and focusing on irrelevant things, your word becomes worthless. It becomes pointless. Your word has no power, and you have no power.
This will develop into habits that will ensure your life becomes exactly the same, pointless and powerless. You have the power to move mountains, IF you feel worthy of moving those mountains. Your worth is in your word.
Review past results
You must review your past results, and look at what you did, or didn’t do that caused you to achieve these results.
Your results are a direct correlation with your skill levels. You cannot achieve better results with the same skills set. Identify where your skills are lacking, and do what you have to do to improve these skills .
Read books, buy audio courses, get someone to coach you, search the internet for answers, etc. You must improve your skills, and you must improve yourself.

There is no limit to what you can achieve, if you are prepared to learn, and further develop yourself. The more you learn, and develop as a person, the better your results will be.
Create A Plan
When you have written down your goals, and worked out what you need to work on, you need to write out a plan that will help you achieve what you have set out to do.
Your plan can include schedules to help you manage your time, and be more productive. A list of things you need to get done each day, week, or month. Keeping a diary/planner to keep you more organised. Clearly identifying what it is required to hit the level you are aiming for.
Stick to the plan! The plan can be adjusted and re-evaluated as you move forward if need be, but sticking to the plan is critical.
~ Average people have wishes and hopes. Successful people have Goals and Plans. ~ Unknown.
Rank advancement doesn’t happen by wishing, it happens by actions. Take steps every day that will move you closer to your goals. Work on your skills, be brave enough to force yourself to do things that you have previously avoided, and don’t allow yourself the ‘luxury’ of excuses. Excuses are the language of losers.
Taking action, any action at all, as long as it is productive, positive action, will develop into habits, and these new habits will also become part of your skill set.
Even if the action you take on a particular day is not that much, at least you have achieved more than every other person who chose to sit on the couch and do nothing.
Do something everyday, and this will have a compounding effect, and your results will start to change accordingly.
Rank advancement can be very challenging, and it does require hard work, but the rewards are worth the effort. Set your goals, put your plan into action, and commit to being the person that other people wish they could be.
I wish you the greatest success!
